This license does not include: (a) access to the Service by RTI Biologics, Inc.; (b) access to the Service by Medtronic Sofamor Danek, USA, Inc.; (c) access to the Service by Zimmer Dental, Inc., (d) access to the Service by any officer, director, employee, agent, attorney, or representative of the above-named corporations, including the above-named corporations’ parent, subsidiary, and affiliate corporations.
This website should not be used on behalf of any individual or corporate entity that is currently named as a defendant in any lawsuit whose factual basis includes the harvesting of stolen tissue by Biomedical Tissue Services, Ltd.
The viewing of information on this site is for personal, non-commercial use by individuals who received stolen tissue, their family members, and their authorized agents and representatives.
The website reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach or violate any provision of this Terms of Use agreement. Site owner reserves all other rights coincident or related to this site.
IV. Limited License – Posting of Material
The website permits registered users the capability to post and transmit through postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials (hereinafter “Content”).
Registered users of this site are granted a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to post Content on this site. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will the website be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service.
